  • You received the wrong item
  • The product is unused and in its original packaging

Please note that used fragrances cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons.

2. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges if:

  • The product arrived damaged
  • You received the incorrect product
  • The product has a manufacturing defect

To request an exchange, please contact our support team with your order details and product images.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Opened or used perfumes
  • Products without original packaging
  • Items returned after 30 days of delivery

  3. Attach clear photos of the product
  4. Our support team will guide you through the next steps

5. Refund Policy

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was from our side.
